What are the potential benefits of Hemp Tea?

Hemp Tea has been studied with results indicating that it may help to reduce anxiety and assist with improving your sleep schedule.

How to use Hemp Tea Bags?

Grab your favourite cup or mug, bring water to a rolling boil and immediately pour over your tea bag. Make sure to steep for a good 3-5 minutes. Make sure to not rush this process! It really does take the full time to release the tea's delicious flavour.

If you want to enjoy a little more CBD, why not try our delicious CBD Cookies – the perfect CBD snack for in-between meals, with an extra 25mg CBD per pack.

Here at Naturecan, we have many CBD Edibles for you to choose from. From CBD Chocolate to Vegan CBD Gummies and so many more delicious treats with the added potential benefit of high-quality CBD.

How much Hemp Tea Should I drink and when?

UK Version

As our Hemp Tea contains 15mg CBD per pouch, it’s important to remember that the recommended daily CBD dosage is up to 70mg per day. Therefore, if it's your first time trying a CBD product, we recommend starting off with one Hemp Tea per day, at whatever time suits your needs best.

For example, you could start with one Hemp Tea at whatever time suits you best – let’s say that this is at night-time before bed. If you continue this for a week and stop feeling the potential benefits of CBD, you can add an additional drink in the morning or midday to increase your CBD Dosage.

When is the best time to drink hemp tea:

  • Hemp & Chamomile Tea Blend: Best before bed
  • Hemp with lemon & ginger tea blend: Early to mid-morning

Ingredients

Hemp & Camomile

Hemp (50%), Whole Chamomile Flower (50%).

Hemp with Lemon & Ginger

Hemp (50%), Peppermint, Ginger (8%), Liquorice, Lemon Granulate Peel (5%), Greenmate, Ground Cinnamon Cassia, Black Pepper.
